Chair yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the support of a chair. This is a good option to enjoy the benefits of the poses without overstressing your joints. In this class, we stay completely off the knees. It is perfect for people with mobility issues. It is also great for beginners or anyone who wants to focus on a gentle practice.
SLOW HATHA YOGA
Balance your day and join us at this slow-paced dance . Give yourself the opportunity to get away from the noise of your ``monkey mind’’ and tune in for a real break. Each pose is held for a few breaths to let the stretch release your tension and increase your mental clarity. Perfect class for beginners in Yoga.
PRENATAL YOGA
Prenatal Yoga is a practice for expectant mothers. Designed to support the changes in your mind and body during pregnancy. It helps mothers to prepare for the birthing process by teaching postures and breathing exercises that relieve physical pains associated with pregnancy, decrease the stress levels and allow you to become more aware of their baby and your body.
YIN YOGA
Yin offers much deeper access to the body as it targets the deep connective tissues and the fascia. This style has a meditative approach. Postures are more passive, mainly on the floor. Poses are held for three to five minutes. It is a great opportunity to deeply connect with yourself, with feelings, sensations, and emotions.
