Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal Yoga is a practice for expectant mothers. Designed to support the changes in your mind and body during pregnancy. It helps you to prepare for the birthing process by teaching postures and breathing exercises that relieve physical pains associated with pregnancy, decrease the stress levels and allow you to become more aware of your baby and your body.

Certified as a Multi-style Yoga Teacher in Dharamsala, India, and Certified Prenatal Yoga teacher, Emilie will happily share the philosophy of yoga. She will guide, adjust, and support you in proper alignment and poses.
