ABOUT ÉMILIE

 

 

Welcome to my world! I am Émilie, founder of Stronger than Nature- Health & Fitness, I am really happy to offer programs which partner everything that I love: connection, the outdoors, nature, fitness, teaching, coaching, and yoga. Lots of variety, movement, and energy!

 

With over 10 years of coaching and teaching experience, I have developed and implemented innovative programs and original activities for individuals and groups of all ages; from toddlers to seniors.

 

I truly believe in the importance of being fit physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually so that we can live our lives in our full potential.  Discovering our inner resources is a beautiful journey, I am always amazed by the power and the strength of our true nature.

 

 Follow me in a HIIT class and discover the spicy, motivated and dynamic trainer I am. Or come and relax in a restorative Yin and meet the introverted, quiet, meditative and focused Émilie.

 

It is crucial for me to be mindful of everyone's individual needs and goals.  My mission is to guide you through a safe custom training practice that moves you towards the best version of yourself. I will go with you where ever you need me: at work, at home, at school, at a seniors residence, in the forest, in the rain, I am ready!
